Whether your switchboard has a neutral wire
This is the single largest variable, and it can move a whole-home figure by twenty percent in either direction. Anything wired in Jaipur before roughly 2010, and plenty after, often has only a live wire at the switch. That rules out the cheaper module families.

Whether the electrical is still open
If your interiors are in progress and the walls are not closed, several things that are expensive on a retrofit become cheap. Pulling a neutral, running a camera cable, or putting a curtain track's power where it should be rather than where it can reach.
If you are already living in the house, none of that is lost. It just means we design around the wiring you have instead of the wiring we would have chosen.
How many windows get curtains
Curtains are the fastest way to move a total, because they are priced per window rather than per room and the band is wide. Six windows at the top of the band adds more than the entire rest of a 2BHK scope.
It is also the line item most worth staging. Do the bedrooms first and add the living room later. Nothing has to be redone. What we measure before quoting curtains
